The Gillygate is a traditional village pub in the city centre, within easy walking distance of all the major historical attractions as well as York's fabulous shops and boutiques.

         We have a fantastic range of meals being served throughout the day, which are all home prepared, including steak & ale pies, fresh warm baguettes and a great steak house in the evening. Remember though if you don't see it on our menu why not ask and we will do our best to make it for you.
